11  | 冬十月戊午，以前北京留守、太原尹冯贇为许州节度使。辛酉，左补阙李详上疏：「以北京地震多日，请遣使臣往彼慰抚，察问疾苦，祭祀山川。」从之。先是，太原留后密奏，无敢言者，及详有是奏，帝甚嘉之，改赐章服。丙寅，诏：「应在朝臣僚、籓侯、郡守，准例合得追赠者，新授命后，便于所司投状，旋与施行。封妻荫子，准格合得者，亦与施行。外官曾任朝班，据在朝品秩格例，合得封赠叙封者，并与施行。其补荫，据资荫合得者，先受官者先与收补，后受官者据月日次第施行。」从之。 |
