12  | 壬午，上谕大臣曰：「闻士大夫赴调者衆，当此炎暑，三省、枢宻院可速行措置差注，毋得留滞」。时在部选人七百馀员，而所榜之阙未及其半，故留滞如此。既而权吏部侍郎叶义问请诸州司法及监场官并破格差注，其监司、州郡重叠奏举改官，有误选人到部者，许本部检举，依法以违制论。从之。六月甲申朔，同知枢宻院事王纶为大金奉表称谢使，保信军承宣使、知閤门事曹勋副之。时士大夫数言敌情难信，请饬邉备，沈该等不以为然，奏遣大臣徃探敌意，且寻盟焉。乙酉，诏减荆南府经緫制钱四千七百缗。以左奉议郎、通判府事张震言民力未复，无可收趂也。 太一宫、道院乞买嘉兴县常平官草田三十顷，罢转运司嵗拨赍粮五百石。从之。 |
