宁宗恭淑韩皇后，相州人，其六世祖为忠献王琦。初，后与姊俱被选入宫，后能顺适两宫意，遂归平阳郡邸，封新安郡夫人，进崇国夫人。王受禅，册夫人为皇后。后父同卿，由知泰州升扬州观察使；母庄氏，封安国夫人。

庆元六年崩，谥恭淑。同卿累迁庆远军节度使，加太尉。庆元五年卒，赠太师，谥恭靖。

同卿季父侂胄，自以有定策功，声势熏灼。同卿每惧满盈，不敢干政。时天下皆知侂胄为后族，不知同卿乃后父也。同卿没一年而后崩，侂胄竟败，人始服其善远权热去。同卿子俟，后兄也，官至承宣使。
