10  | 九月甲午朔，除浙江归安等三县沙积坍卸地赋。戊戌，训督抚实心行政。赈山东滕县等三州县、两淮板浦等六场水灾。己亥，命高斌往奉天疏浚河道。辛丑，停今年秋决。以周学健为江南河道总督。调陈大受为福建巡抚，以安宁署江苏巡抚。定钦差大臣巡阅各省营伍例。赈河南郑州等三州县水灾。壬寅，命讷亲兼管户部。免甘肃陇西等九州县水灾额赋。癸卯，上奉皇太后启跸诣泰陵，并巡幸五台山。丁未，上谒泰陵。己酉，阿里衮患病，以班第署山西巡抚。庚戌，赉经过直隶州县耆民。甲寅，赈江苏丰县等三州县雹灾。乙卯，上驻跸五台山射虎。以山西风俗醇朴，谕疆吏教养兼施，小民崇习礼让。丙辰，免山西五台县明年额赋十分之三。丁巳，召马尔泰来京，以喀尔吉善为闽浙总督。调塞楞额为山东巡抚，陈宏谋为江西巡抚，以徐杞为陜西巡抚。庚申，上奉皇太后回跸。壬戌，召鄂弥达来京，以塞楞额为湖广总督。调阿里衮为山东巡抚，爱必达为山西巡抚。赈河南鄢陵等二十六州县水灾。 |
