42  | 九月己酉，以侍御史文原吉為秦府右相，國子助教朱復為燕府參軍。諭曰：「王今長，宜朝夕左右輔養其德，二三年後，遣王之國。汝等宜盡心所事，取鑑於古，何者為善，何者為不善，采摭古人仕為王巨，孰能以正輔導，孰為不能，編次成集，朝夕覽觀。遇有所行，則擇其善而去其不善，務引王於當道。爾等與天言，待臣下則以謙和，撫民人則以仁恕，勸耕耨以省饋餉，禦外侮以藩帝室。如此，則能盡其職矣。」又曰：「汝爾職事清簡，非朝廷劇任之比。若文武全才，更可演習武事，發舒精神。若素儒生，但謹守禮法，陳善閉邪而已。茍巧詐無實，欺蔽諂諛，此招咎之道，所宜戒也。汝其慎之！」 |
