1  | 國朝郭琇撰。琇初為御史，以劾罷大學士明珠、餘國柱，受聖祖仁皇帝特達之知。後為湖廣總督，以紅苗剽掠事罷官。蓋長於敢言，而短於應變。錄其奏疏，見琇自始至終，功罪皆由自取。並恭錄修國史列傳時欽奉諭旨，以昭示萬世焉。 |
