5  | 三年春正月甲戌，詔曰：「民生在勤，所寶惟榖，先王之明訓也。朕奄宅中夏，為之司牧。睠乃億兆，期臻富庶。矧農桑之業，為衣食之原。今陽和在辰，土膏脉起，當播種之云始，慮游墮之尚多。茍力作之不勤，則秋斂之何望。諸州長吏等，任居牧守，職司勸課，所宜敦率黎庶，勉厲農功。俾比屋之人，服勞於南畝，三時之務，無失於西成。極其藨蓘之勤，用致茨粱之詠。懋功信賞，國典在焉」。二月甲午，詔常參官毎五日以次轉對。三月丁亥，詔曰：「王者設棺槨之品，建封樹之制，所以厚人倫而一風化也。近代以來，遵用夷法，率多火葬，甚愆典禮，自今宜禁之」。乙巳，追冊故會稽郡夫人賀氏為皇后。夏五月，大修宮闕。六月癸巳，吳廷祚罷。冬十月辛丑，趙普樞密使李處耘、樞密副使朗州周行逢卒。十一月癸亥，詔曰：「古稱使於四方，不辱君命，可謂士矣。自今使諸道敢有求託者，寘其罪」。荊南髙保勗卒。十二月，衡州張文表叛，攻潭州，周保權使來乞師。是歳，周鄭王出居于房州。 |
