公諱仲行，字德之。故婺州觀察使諱宗迥之子，贈節度使、同中書門下平章事、蔡國公諱允言之孫，魏王諱元佐之曾孫。母曰齊安郡君梁氏。慶曆四年，賜名，除太子右衛率府率、右監門衛大將軍，爵天水郡開國侯，食邑一千三百戶。年二十二，以治平四年八月二十九日卒，贈虔州觀察使，追封南康侯。夫人張氏，封壽昌縣君。子男士仡，早卒；士泉，右監門率府率；其季與女皆尚幼。君仁而好學。其卒也，宗室皆憐傷。其葬也，以熙寧二年二月十七日葬河南府永安縣。銘曰：
