39  | 盧簡辭，字子策。父綸，別傳。與兄簡能、弟弘止、簡求皆有文，並第進士。歷佐帥府，入遷侍御史，習知法令及臺閣舊事。寶歷中，黎干子煟詣臺請復葉縣故田，有司莫能知，簡辭獨詰曰：「按乾坐黨魚朝恩誅，貲田皆沒，大歷後數十年，比有赦令，無原洗之言，煟安得冒論？」不為治。福建鹽鐵院官盧昂坐贓，簡辭窮按，乃得金床、瑟瑟枕大如斗。敬宗曰：「禁中無此，昂為吏可知矣。」李程鎮太原，表為節度判官。入授考功員外郎，累擢湖南、浙西觀察使，以檢校工部尚書為忠武節度使。徙山南東道。坐事貶衢州刺史，卒。 |
