15  | 二十年春正月丙辰朔，高麗國遣使賀正旦。己未，立皇后宏吉刺氏。癸亥，藥刺海以兵討亦奚不薛。乙丑，高麗國迫使貢方物。阿塔海復為征東行中書省左丞切。丙寅，發五衛軍征日本，以去歲河北、山東諸路旱，權停租稅勿征。仍諭管民官，水旱逾時不報，及按察司隨時檢察，皆罪之。壬申，移鞏昌按察司治甘州。行省古丞闍里帖木兒率三十五萬戶徵日本。丁丑，場廷璧為宣慰使，招諭俱藍等國。壬午，畋於近郊。改廣東提刑按察司為海北廣東道，廣西按察司為海北廣西道，福建按察司為福建閩海道，鞏昌按察司為河西隴北道。 |
