1  | 後唐清泰三年三月，翰林學士和凝奏：「天下諸屯駐兵士，望令太醫署合傷寒、時氣、瘧痢等藥，量事給付本軍主掌，以給患病士卒之家。百姓亦准醫疾令，和合藥物，拯救貧民。兼請依本朝故事，諸道署置藥博士，令考尋醫方，合和藥物，以濟部人。其御製廣濟、廣利等方書，亦請翰林醫官重校，頒行天下。」敕：「所奏醫博士，諸道合有軍醫，許及諸道補署，不在奏聞，餘依所奏。」 |
