2  | 清泰元年九月，大理寺奏：「所用法書竊盜條，准建中年，贓滿三匹以上决殺，不及三匹量情决杖。本朝以量情之文不定，詔御史中丞龍敏等議。贓滿三匹，准舊法；一匹以上，决徒一年半；一匹以下，量罪以杖。大理寺丞又以量罪之文不定，申奏集寺重議。今議定贓滿一匹，徒二年半；不及一匹，徒一年半；不得財，杖七十。」從之。 |

| 4 | 清泰元年九月辛丑夜五鼓初，有大星如五斗器，西南流，尾迹長數丈，色赤，移時盤屈如龍形，蹙縮如二鏵，相鬭而散。又一星稍小，東流，有尾迹凝成白氣，食頃方散。 |
