2  | 四年四月二十一日敕：「諸道節度使帶平章事、兼侍中、中書令，在京則中書差直省一員引接，及赴鎮擬合追還。緣使相在京，百官請謁，須差直省引接，兼街衢出入，或恐朝列誤沖。及到本道，自有客司通引官引接。其從榮、從厚雖為皇子，職本侯王；王建立、孔循曾掌樞衡，見居藩鎮。況諸道使相，無直省者甚多，其到青州、許州先將去直省，並宜追還中書。」 |

| 10 | 一、據申選人納到今任文書，多於解由及歷子內批書考第，准天成四年四月二十一日敕，新格已前，即許施行。自新格已後，多有解由、歷子內批竪考數，本處元不給到考牒，格前特許施行，甚為優假，格後更聞違越，須重條流。今日已前，有此色選人，宜且與收竪。此後選人如有解由，及批得歷子無考牒者，殿一選；有批得歷子，無解由、考牒，殿兩選；如祇有解由、考牒，不批得歷子，殿三選。如無前項三件文書，并同有過停官。 |
