6  | 晉天福三年六月，中書門下奏：「伏覩天福元年十一月敕節文，唐明宗朝敕命法制，仰所在遵行，不得改易。今諸司每有公事，現執清泰元年十月十四日編敕施行，稱明宗朝敕，除編集外，並已封鎖不行。臣等商量，望差官將編集及封鎖前後敕文，並再詳定。其經久可行條件，別錄奏聞。」從之。遂差左諫議大夫薛融、秘書監丞呂琦、尚書駕部員外郎知雜事劉皥、尚書刑部郎中司徒詡、大理正張仁瑑同参詳。至四年七月，薛融等上所詳定編敕三百六十八道，分為三十一卷，令有司寫錄，與格式参用。 |
