5  | 沈重，字子厚，吴兴武康人也。性聪悟，弱岁而孤，居丧合礼。及长，专心儒学，从师不远千里。遂博览群书，尤明《诗》及《左氏春秋》。梁武帝欲高置学官，以崇儒教，中大通四年，乃革选，以重补国子助教。后除《五经》博士。梁元帝之在藩也，甚叹异之。及即位，乃遣主书何武迎重西上。 |
