57  | 欲令愚滯無妨於賢者，才能不擁於下位。各令當曹，考其優劣為三等。六品已下，尚書重問；五品已上，朕將親與公卿論其善惡。上上者遷之，下下者黜之，中中者守其本任。」壬午，帝臨朝堂，親加黜陟。壬辰，陰平王楊炅來朝。冬十月甲辰，以太尉、東陽王丕為太傅。戊申，親告太廟，奉迎神主。辛亥，車駕發平城宮。壬戌，次於中山之唐湖。乙丑，分遣侍臣，巡問疾苦。己巳，幸信都。庚午，詔曰：「比聞緣邊之蠻，多有竊掠，致有父子乖離，室家分絕。可詔荊、郢、東荊三州，勒諸蠻人，勿有侵暴。」是月，齊蕭鸞殺其主昭文而自立。十一月辛未朔，詔冀、定二州，賜高年爵，恤鰥寡孤老各有差。孝義廉貞文武應求者，具以名聞。丁丑，幸鄴。甲申，經比干墓，親為弔文，樹碑刊之。己丑，車駕至洛陽。十二月辛丑朔，分命諸將南征。壬寅，革衣服之制。癸卯，詔中外戒嚴。戊申，復代遷戶租賦三歲。 |
