28  | 八月壬午，遣尚書右僕射高熲出寧州道，吏部尚書虞慶則出原州道，並為行軍元帥以擊胡。戊子，親祀太社。九月壬子，幸城東觀穀稼。癸丑，大赦。冬十月甲戌，廢河南道行臺省。十一月，發使巡省風俗。庚辰，陳人來聘。陳主知帝貌異世人，使副使袁彥圖像而去。甲午，罷天下諸郡。十二月乙卯，遣兼散騎常侍唐令則使於陳。戊午，以刑部尚書蘇威為戶部尚書。是歲，高麗、突厥、靺鞨並遣使朝貢。 |
