11  | 太和元年春正月乙酉，改元。辛亥，起太和、安昌二殿。己酉，秦州略陽人王元壽聚眾，自號衝天王。雲中饑，開倉振恤。二月辛未，秦益二州刺史、武都公尉洛侯討破王元壽。三月庚子，以雍州刺史、東陽王歪為司徒。丙午，詔曰：「去年牛疫，死傷大半。今東作既興，人須肄業，其敕在所督課田農，有牛者加勤於常歲，無牛者倍庸於餘年。一夫制田四十畝，中男二十畝，無令人有餘力，地有遺利。」 |
