38  | 范守己《肅皇外史》曰：嘉靖初，從廷議，命寳源局及南京、雲南鑄造嘉靖制錢，發民間貿易，既而所鑄不一，有金背火漆、鏇邉等名民，頗通行乆之言，官建言鑄鏇艱難，工匠勞費，請革去鏇車，以鑢鐋代，從之，於是鑄工競雜鉛錫，圖便銼治，而輪郭麄糲，色澤慘暗，與前大不侔矣。奸徒倣傚盗鑄，濫惡日滋，貿易不通，閭閻大困，其盜鑄日報，死罪終不能止，遂停止寳源局鑄造。 |
