41  | 洪武十七年三月初三日，兵部欽差鎮撫周貴、翟忠傳奉聖旨：恁去說與雲南大理等處守禦衛所，有發到的，有罪斷發軍人編入伍，著他種田。把關去處盤獲有罪斷發，但是曾刺字不刺的、刺旗不刺旗的逃囚軍人，拿住發與原衛所收，將為首逃的廢了示眾。又各衛所上緊屯種，盡問軍人每，若是有糧，便差內官送將家小來。欽此。 |
