183  | 巡撫阿達春職先是左副都御史徐致祥參新授山西廵撫阿克達春貪績帝責其旣有所聞應 |
| 3 | 十年冬十一月，內閣學士徐致祥奏請罷開鐵路，急修河工。詔以其信口詆訐，交部議處。先是三年，開平煤礦局因河道運煤艱陰，築由唐山至胥各莊鐵路。泊六年，復允駐美使臣伍廷芳之請，繼續興造，由煤礦直達大沽，以英人監造之。李鴻章實贊成其議，於是言論復譁，謂以鐵路利權授之外人，詆當事諸人為漢奸，致祥疏爭語尤激，旨斥其妄，旋部議降三級調用。 |
