33  | 王维翰，字之翰，利州龙山人。父庭，辽季率县人保县东山，后以众降。维翰好学不倦，中大定二十八年进士。调贵德州军事判官，察廉迁永霸令。县豪欲尝试维翰，设事陈诉，维翰穷竟之，遂伏其诈，杖杀之，健讼衰息。历弘政、获嘉令，佐胥持国治河决，有劳，迁一阶。改北京转运户籍判官，补尚书省令史。除同知保静军节度使事，检括户籍，一郡称平。属县有奴杀其主人者，诬主人弟杀之，刑部疑之。维翰审谳，乃微行物色之，得其状，奴遂引服。改中都转运副使，摄侍御史，奏事殿中，章宗曰：「佳御史。」就除侍御史。改左司员外郎，转右司朗中。仆散揆伐宋，维翰行省左右司郎中。泰和七年，河南旱蝗，诏维翰体究田禾分数以闻。七月，雨，复诏维翰曰：「雨虽沾足，秋种过时，使多种蔬菜犹愈于荒莱也。蝗蝻遗子，如何可绝？」旧有蝗处来岁宜菽麦，谕百姓使知之。」 |
