3  | 二月壬寅，上召諸王府長史諭之曰：「朕選汝等，正欲勸導諸王，使之為善。如諸王所為有所未善，當力陳之，尚或不從，則具某日行某事以奏。若阿意不言，朕惟汝罪。」丙午，尚書省奏，廉察到同知城陽軍事山和尚等清強官，上曰：「此輩暗察明訪皆著政聲，可第其政績，各進官旌賞。其速議升除。」庚戌，上如順州春水。癸丑，還都。丙辰，詔：「自今官長不法，其僚佐不能糾正又不言上者，並坐之。」戶部尚書高德基濫支朝官俸錢四十萬貫，杖八十。 |
