36  | 閏月己酉朔，定應禁弓箭鎗刀路分品官家奴客旅等許帶弓箭制。上謂左丞相良弼曰：「今之在官者，須職位稱愜所望，然後始加勉力。其或稍不如意，則止以度日為務，是豈忠臣之道耶？」丁巳，又謂良弼曰：「海陵時，領省秉德、左丞相言皆有能名，然為政不務遠圖，止以苛刻為事。言及可喜等在會寧時，一月之間，杖而殺之者二十人，罪皆不至於死，於理可乎？海陵為人如虎，此輩尚欲以術數要之，以至賣直取死，得為能乎？」己未，以歸德尹完顏王祥等為賀宋生日使，符寶郎斜卯和尚為夏國生日使。辛酉，高麗國王奏告趙位寵伏誅，詔慰答之。詔親王、百官傔人所服紅紫改為黑紫。甲戌，詔年老之人毋注縣令。年老而任從政，其佐亦擇壯者參用。 |
