29  | 甲戌，詔江淮行省參政實都赴闕，以戶部尚書王巨濟專理算江淮錢穀，左丞相蒙古岱總之。巨濟乘勢刻剝，遣使徵徽州民鈔，多輸二千錠，巨濟怒其少，欲更益千錠，總管許楫詣巨濟曰：「公欲百姓死耶，生耶？如欲其死，雖萬錠可徵也。」巨濟怒解，徽州敕以免。 |

| 165 | 先是僧格遣實都、王巨濟等理算天下錢穀，已徵入數百萬，未征者尚數千萬，害民特甚，民不聊生，自殺者相屬，逃山林者，則發兵捕之。于是集賢直學士趙孟頫為阿喇根薩里言：「宜請赦天下，盡與蠲除，庶幾天變可弭。」阿喇根薩里素與孟頫善，入奏，具如孟頫言，帝從之。詔草已具，僧格怒，謂必非帝意。孟頫曰：「此錢穀未征者，其人死亡已盡，何所從取！非及是時除免之，他日言事者，倘以失陷錢穀數千萬歸罪尚書省，豈不為丞相深累耶？」僧格悟，遂赦天下，民得稍蘇。 |
