65  | 知同州唐重上疏言：「今急務有三，大患有五。急務大率以車駕西幸為先；其次則建籓鎮，封宗子，守我土地，緩急無為敵有；再欲通夏國之好，繼青唐之後，使相掎角以緩敵勢。所謂大患者：法令滋彰而官吏因緣為奸；朝綱委靡而士夫相習誕謾；軍政敗壞而將兵奔潰；國用既竭而利源又失；民心已離而調發方興。欲救此者，莫若於守祖宗成憲，登用忠直，大正賞刑，選將帥之臣，擇循良之吏。天下大計，無出於此。」 |

| 118 | 初，京兆府路經略制置使唐重在關中，以將官曲方為沿河安撫使。方老而繆，統兵屯韓城，日以飲食蹴鞠為事。時河東經制使王燮在陜府，遣人渡河劫寨。洛索遂自慈、隰引兵而南，重遣兵馬都監、貴州刺史劉光弼賚金帛至河犒師。光弼至華州，聞敵逼河，遂留不進。洛索至河中府，官軍扼蒲州西岸。洛索患之，夜，潛由上流清水曲履水渡河，出龍門出，並河而南，距韓城四十里，方始覺，引兵遁去。光弼聞之，不歸長安而走邠、岐間。 |
