106  | 癸未，呂公著入見，太皇太后遣中使賜食。公著上奏十事：一曰畏天，二曰愛民，三曰修身，四曰講學，五曰任賢，六曰納諫，七曰薄斂，八曰省刑，九曰去奢，十曰無逸。又上奏言：「先帝新定宮制，設諫議大夫、司諫、正言，員數甚備。宜選骨鯁敢言之士，遍置左右，使職諫爭。又，御史之官，號為天子耳目，而比年以來，專舉六察故事。伏乞盡罷察案，止置言事御史四人或六人，仍詔諫官、御史並須直言無諱，規主上之過失，舉時政之紕繆，指群臣之姦黨，陳下民之疾苦。」 |
