34  | 五月癸亥，刑部侍郎汪大猷言：「國家立保正之法，願兼耆長者聽，故數十年來，承役之初，縣道必抑使兼充。蓋保正一鄉之豪，官吏有須，可以仰給，故樂於並緣以為己利。凡有差募，互相對糾。請令諸路常平司相度，或別有所見可行者，限一月條具來上，本部參以見行條法，立為定制。」從之。 |
