125  | 庚午，金主謂宗敘曰：「卿昨為河南統軍時，言黃河堤埽利害，甚合朕意。朕每念百姓差調，官吏互為姦弊，不早計料，臨期星火率斂，所費倍蓰，為害非細。卿既參朝政，皆當革弊，擇利行之。」又諭左丞石琚曰：「女真人徑居達要，不知閭閻疾苦。卿等自丞、簿至是，民間何事不知，凡有利害，宜悉敷陳。」 |
