186  | 壬寅，奉議郎黃輔國言：「元豐中，太學生休假日，引詣武學射廳習射，紹聖嘗著為令。乞頒其法於諸路州學。」從之。 |
| 188 | 童貫自京師還至熙州，凡所措置，與王厚皆不異，于是始議大舉。是日，厚、貫帥大軍發熙州，出篩金平，隴右都護高永年為統制諸路蕃、漢兵將隨行，知蘭州張誡為同統制。厚恐夏人援助青唐，于蘭、湟州界侵擾，及河南蕃賊亦乘虛竊發，騷動新邊，牽制軍勢，乃遣知通遠軍潘逢權領湟州，知會州姚師閔權領蘭州，控禦夏國邊面，別遣知河州劉仲武統制兵將駐安彊寨，通往來道路。由是措置完密，無後顧之憂，大軍得以專力西向。 |
