110  | 壬寅，同知諫院司馬光以三札子上殿。其一論君德曰：「臣竊惟人君大德有三：曰仁，曰明，曰武。陛下天性慈惠，子育元元，雖古聖王之仁，殆無以過。然自踐祚垂四十年，而紀綱猶有虧缺，窮民猶有怨嘆，意者群臣不肖，不能宣揚聖化；將陛下於三德亦有所未盡歟？伏見陛下推心御物，端拱淵默，群臣各以其事有所疏奏，陛下不復詢訪利害，考察得失，一皆可之。誠使左右前後股肱耳目之臣皆忠實正人則善矣；或有一姦邪在焉，豈可不為之寒心哉！伏望陛下以天性之至仁，廓日月之融光，以奮乾斷，俾善無不錄，惡無不誅。」 |
