148  | 十一月己卯朔，孫奭等言：「十三場茶積而未售者六百一十三萬餘斤，蓋許商人貼射，則善者皆入商人，其入官者皆粗惡不時，故人莫肯售。又，園戶輸歲課不足者，使如商人入息，而園戶皆細民貧弱，力不能給，繁擾益甚。又，姦人倚貼射為名，強市盜販，侵奪官利。其弊如此，不可不革。請罷貼射法，官復給本錢市茶，而商人入錢以售之。」於是茶法復壞。 |
