| 124 | 乙丑，權御史中丞薛奎，罷為集賢院學士、知并州，或譖奎漏禁中語也。既而秦州闕守，帝以奎屢官西邊，習其土風，即改奎知秦州。秦州宿重兵，經費常不足，奎務儉約，教民水耕，謹商算，歲中廩粟積者三百萬，徵算衍者三十萬，核民隱田數千頃，復得芻粟十餘萬。 |
