62  | 先是御史臺以狀申中書云：「檢會《皇祐編敕》，常朝日，輪宰臣一員押班。近據引贊官稱宰臣更不赴，竊慮此《編敕》儀制別有衝替，伏乞明降指揮。」中書不報。辛酉，中丞王陶因以狀白宰相，又不報。乙卯，陶遂劾奏韓琦、曾公亮不押常朝班，至謂琦跋扈，引霍光、梁冀專恣事為喻。甲子，琦、公亮上表待罪。帝以陶章示琦，琦奏曰：「臣非跋扈者，陛下遣一小黃門至，則可縛臣以去矣。」帝為之動，而陶連奏不已；帝以問知制誥滕甫，甫曰：「宰相固有罪，然指為跋扈，則臣以為欺天陷人矣。」 |
