101  | 己巳，劉光世為陜西宣撫使，吳玠為四川宣撫使，內陜西路階、成等州，聽玠節制如舊，命內侍齎告以賜。帝因光世除命，諭輔臣曰：「河南新復，境土所命守臣，專在拊循遺民，勸課農桑，各使因其地以食，因其人以守，不可移東南之財力，虛內以事外也。」 |
| 106 | 二月癸丑，京城副留守郭仲荀乞兵與糧，帝曰：「朕今日和議，蓋欲消兵，使百姓安業。留司豈容多兵！但得二三千人彈壓侵略足矣。至於錢糧，亦只據所入課利，養贍官兵。它日置榷場，不患無錢，豈可虛內而事外邪！朕見前朝開邊，如陜西、燕山，曾不得尺帛斗米，而府藏已耗竭矣，此可為戒。」遂命淮西宣撫使遣統領官、右武大夫、文州防禦使鄭堪，武略大夫唐朴，以本部兵千人從仲荀之任。 |
