22  | 乙酉，托克托至徐州，有淮東元帥逯善之者，言官軍不習水土，宜募場下鹽丁，可使攻城，乃以禮部郎中逯曾為淮南宣慰使，領征討事，募瀕海鹽丁五千人從征徐州。又有淮東豪民王宣者，言鹽丁本野夫，不如募市中趫勇便捷者可用，托克托復從之。前後各得三萬人，皆黃衣黃帽，號曰黃軍。 |
