80  | 丙子，詔：「近降御筆處分事，多係寬恤及軍期等事，與前此指揮事體不同，並經三省、樞密院。如或不當，自合奏稟，仍許給、舍繳駮，臺諫論列，有司申審。若奉行違慢，止依違聖旨科罪。」是日進呈，帝謂輔臣曰：「今日批降處分，雖出朕意，必經由三省、密院，與已前不同。」朱勝非曰：「不經鳳閣、鸞臺，蓋不謂之詔令。」呂頤浩曰：「所以別于聖旨者，欲上下曉然知陛下德音所向也。」遂批旨行下。 |
