85  | 閏十月己亥朔，湯思退言昨日張浚行遣極當，帝曰：「浚用兵，不獨朕知，天下皆知之。如富平之敗，淮西之師，其效可見。今復論兵，極為生事。且太祖以神武定天下，亦與契丹議和。」陳誠之曰：「浚論事頗有不當，如石晉因契丹之力以自立，其勢不得不與之和，此桑維翰之功也。及景延廣用事，遽以翁孫之禮待之，契丹遣使問曲直，延廣對使者云：『晉有橫磨劍十萬口，翁欲戰則來。』石晉之禍自此始。浚不罪延廣而謂維翰不當與契丹和好，甚無謂。」帝曰：「耶律德光入汴，首以此言數延廣罪。」誠之曰：「浚永州之命，甚塞眾議。」帝曰：「不如此，議論不定。」 |
