31  | 秋七月己未，詔築皇城東南之外城。 |
| 32 | 戊寅，起居舍人洪遵論鑄錢利害，大略謂：「今錢寶少，多為錯毀作器用，而南過海，北渡淮，所失至多。自罷提點官，復置屬二員，無異監司，而鑄錢殊未及額，亦宜多方措置。」帝諭大臣曰：「遵論頗有可采。前後銅禁，行之不嚴，殆成虛文。銅器雖民間所常用，然亦可以它物代之。今若自公卿貴戚之家，以身率之，一切不用，然後申嚴法禁，宜無不成者。」 |
| 33 | 己卯，帝出御府銅器千五百事送鑄錢司，遂大斂民間銅器。其道、佛像及寺觀鐘磬之屬並置籍，每斤收其算二十文；民間所用照子、帶鑻之類，則官鬻之。凡民間銅器，陰一月輸官；限滿不納，十斤已上徒二年，賞錢三百千，許人告，自後犯者，私匠配錢監重役。其後得銅二百萬斤。 |
