3  | 秋七月壬午朔，淮東安撫司言：「北邊蝗蟲為風所吹，有至盱眙軍、楚州境上者，然不食稼，比復飛過淮北，皆已凈盡。」癸巳，帝謂大臣曰：「此事甚可喜，仰見上天垂祐之意。」 |

| 5 | 己丑，權尚書吏部侍郎兼史館修撰兼侍讀葉義問權吏部尚書。 |
| 6 | 癸巳，中書舍人洪遵言：「近奉指揮，自今功臣子孫序遷至侍從，並令久任在京宮觀，永為定法。臣竊計內外將家子孫無慮二千人，若以序遷，不出十年，西清次對之班，皆可坐致。太祖皇帝之世，所與開國創業及南征西伐諸大臣，功如曹彬、潘美、王審琦、石守信、王全斌、慕容延釗之徒，其子若孫不過諸司使，惟彬之子琮、瑋以功名自奮，王承衍、石保吉以聯姻帝室，皆為節度使，初不聞有遞遷侍從之例。今指揮一出，使十年之間，清穆敝閑之地，類皆將種，非所以示天下之美觀，望收還前詔。」從之。 |
