165  | 辛酉，詔四川制置大使司：「禁止采伐禁山林木。」蜀三面被邊，綿亙四百里，山谿阻限，林木障蔽，初時封禁甚備。前一日，太常博士李弼直面對，論：「頃歲以來，一切廢弛，加以軍興，而制器械，運糧造船，自近及遠，斫采殆盡，異時障蔽之地，乃四通八達。」帝曰：「如河東黑松林，祖宗時所以嚴禁采伐者，正藉此為阻，以屏捍外敵耳。異日營繕，為一時游觀之美，遂使邊境蕩然，更無阻隔。」折彥質曰：「皆臣不言之罪。」 |
