25  | 丙辰，遼主以河東路沿邊增修戍壘，起鋪舍，侵入蔚、應、朔三州界內，使林牙蕭禧來言，乞行毀撤，別立界至。禧歸，帝面諭以「三州地界，俟遣官與北朝官即境上議之。其雄州外羅城，修已十三年，並非創築，且非近事。北朝既不欲，更不令續修。白溝館驛亦須遣官檢視，如有創置樓櫓箭窗等，並令毀拆，屯戍兵亦令撤回。」國書云：「倘事由夙昔，固難徇情；誠界有侵逾，何吝改正！」遂遣太常少卿劉忱、秘書丞呂大忠如遼。 |
