103  | 乙丑，以太常博士、監察御史裏行馬默守本官、通判懷州。初，默彈奏濟州防禦使李珣犯銷金，並匠人送開封府，官吏不能正其罪。又言宗惠女使當如法錄問；且請自今外人罪連宗室，大辟皆錄問然後斷；又言國子監直講劉分又輕薄無行，多結交富資舉人，不可為開封試官；又言趙及所壞倉米十八萬石，當治米所以濕惡；并劾提點倉場李希逸以不覺察，而及等實由希逸舉發。默除御史時，分又有戲言，默用此怒，故妄彈奏分又。 |
