43  | 夏四月乙巳，知諫院蔡確既被旨同御史臺按潘開獄，遂收大理寺詳斷官竇蘋、周孝恭等，枷縛暴於日中，凡五十七日，求其受賂事，皆無狀。中丞鄧潤甫夜聞掠囚聲，以為蘋、孝恭等，其實它囚也。潤甫心非確所為慘刻，而力不能制。確引陳安民，置枷於前而問之。安民懼，即言嘗請求文乃甫，乃甫云「已白丞相，甚垂意」。丞相，指吳充也。確得其辭，喜，遽欲與潤甫登時，具奏充受請求枉法，潤甫止之。明日，泣甫在經筵，獨奏：「相州獄事甚微，大理實未嘗納賂。而蔡確深探其獄，支蔓不已。竇蘋等皆朝士，榜掠身無完膚，皆銜冤自誣，乞早結正。」權監察御史裏行上官均亦以為言，帝甚駭異。明日，確欲登對，至殿門，帝使人止之，不得前。手詔：「聞御史臺勘相州法司頗失直，遣知諫院黃履、句當御藥院李舜舉引問證驗。」 |
