50  | 甲午，詔以今年十月有事于泰山，遂遣官告天地、宗廟、岳瀆諸祠。乙未，以知樞密院事王欽若、參知政事趙安仁並為封禪經度制置使。初，議封禪未決，帝以經費問權三司使丁謂，謂曰：「大計固有餘矣。」議乃決。即詔謂計度泰山路糧草，引進使曹利用、宣政使李神福相度行營道路，翰林學士晁迥、李宗諤、楊億、龍圖直學士杜鎬、待制陳彭年與太常禮院祥定儀注。王旦請依郊禋故事面命五使，帝曰：「升中大禮五使之職，當于中書、樞密院以班次領之。」丙申，命王旦為大禮使，王欽若為禮儀使，馮拯為儀仗使，陳堯叟為鹵簿使，趙安仁為橋道頓遞使，其禮儀、橋道頓遞使事，令拯、堯叟分掌之。飲若、安仁並判兗州，仍更迭往乾封縣，禁于泰山樵采者，山下工役無得調發丁夫，止用兗、鄆州兵。行宮除前後殿外，餘悉張幄幕。金帛、芻糧委三司規度，收市或轉輸供用它所須物，悉自京輦致，無得輒有科率。發陜西上供木，由黃河浮筏鄆州，給置頓之費。 |
