75  | 淮南、北歲薄稔，振恤倍至，而言事者以為流亡無算；及丁謂使建安軍，因令校其實數。冬十月戊申，謂言：「轉運使司具析大中祥符三年四月十五州、軍逃民，數多者及百戶，餘止三十戶，繼有復業者。」時王隨為轉運使，戒所部出庫錢貸民市糧種，歲終，約輸絹以償，故流亡者多復業。 |
