92  | 自渡江以來，員多闕少。紹興末，寺監丞、簿、學官、大理司直、樞密院編修官，始皆有待次者。乾道中，東南郡守率待闕五六年，蜀中亦三四年，由是朝士罕肯丐外，而勢要之人多攘闕者。淳熙中，詔存留州郡十五闕，慶元初又增為三十闕，然廟堂牽於丐請，率多借用。夏四月辛卯，言者請以嘉興府、處、台、衢、嚴、信、池、袁、撫、江、潮、漳、泰、溫、徽州十五闕，令中書再行注籍，專待職事官，餘如有經營留闕之人，令給舍繳駁，臺諫論奏；從之。 |
