108  | 先是群臣議太后臨朝儀，王曾援東漢故事，請五日一御承明殿，太后坐左，帝坐右，垂簾聽政。既得旨，而丁謂獨欲帝朔望見群臣，大事則太后召對輔臣決之，非大事悉令雷允恭傳奏，禁中畫可以下。曾曰：「兩宮異處而柄歸宦者，禍端兆矣。」謂不聽。癸亥，太后忽降手書，處分盡如謂所議。蓋謂不欲令同列預聞機密，故潛結允恭使白太后，卒行其意。及學士草辭，允恭先持示謂，閱訖乃進。甲子，始聽政於崇政殿西廡。 |
