92  | 冬十月丙辰，諭建康府副都統閻仲曰：「朕惟將帥之弊，每在蔽功而忌能，尊己而自用，故下有沈抑之歎，而上無勝算之助。殊不知兼收眾善，不掩其勞，使智者獻其謀，勇者盡其力，迨夫成功，則皆主帥之功也。昔趙奢解閼與之圍，始令軍中有諫者死，及許歷進北山之策而奢許諾，卒敗秦師，卿當以奢為法。」仍刊石給賜殿帥以下。 |
