78  | 辛亥，方有開請措置屯田，帝諭施師點等曰：「二十餘年不用兵，一旦使之屯田，其樂從乎？」師點對曰：「軍兵久佚，初令服田，必以為勞。才過一二年，得其利，則樂矣。」帝曰：「事須樂從，卿等更可詢訪。」師點曰：「屯田本意，非止積穀，蓋欲諸軍布在邊陲，緩急有以為用。」帝曰：「此乃寓兵於農之意。」 |
